Manage user accounts that can log into the application
Managing User Accounts requires an Owner Account or a Standard Account with a
User Managerrole
Owner is the most privileged user class.
By default an organization will always be created with at least one owner account.
An Owner can manage virtually every aspect and resource of the organization.
Owners can promote any other account to Owner level but cannot demote or delete an Owner account once it has been promoted.

An Owner can view every resource within the organization.
A Standard User is a more specialized manager role.
They can manage different aspects or resource types within the organization, depending on the account configuration.
Standard Users may be assigned one or more of the following admin roles within the organization:
User Manager role can manage other Standard User Accounts, or Limited User accounts, but not Owner Accounts.A Standard User can view every resource within the organization, even when they do not have permission to manage that resource type.
A Limited User is the most restricted User Class.
Their visibility options must be explicitly defined.
Limited Users have no management role within the organization.
It is a read-only User Class.
This must be a valid e-mail address.
Once the account is created, the user will receive a welcome e-mail to this address with a link to set their password. If a user forgets their password, this e-mail address will be used to reset their password too.
Also, if a user enables e-mail Notifications, those will be sent to this e-mail address.

The e-mail address of a user account cannot be modified once the user account is created. If there is a mistake in the e-mail address, the user account can be deleted and re-created.

The user's phone number. This must be a valid 10-digit North American number.

The User Class of newly created users is defaulted to Limited.
If you are an Owner, you can set an account's User Class to any of the available classes:
As a Standard User with a User Manager role, you can only set an account's User Class to the same class or below:
A user cannot edit the User Class of their own User Account.
For example, a Standard User would not be able to grant their own account additional roles.

A Limited User can be restricted to view vehicles or other resources by Fleets or Tags, or by individual Vehicle or User.

An Owner can delete both Standard User and Limited User accounts. However they cannot delete other Owner accounts.

A Standard User with a User Manager role can delete other Standard User accounts and Limited User accounts.
A user cannot delete their own account.
In some cases, a user's e-mail address may be associated with more than one Organization.
When that happens, the user would log in with the same e-mail address and password, and then select which Organization they wish to access.
To switch between different Organizations, the user must first log out, and then log back in.
